The Central Oklahoma Human Resource Association has been advancing organizations through human resources since 2008. With over 50 members strong, COHRA serves an HR community of over 45,000. We are dedicated to connecting Human Resources professionals with practice resources and best practices, leading Oklahoma-specific training, and informing our member about legal and legislative developments, quality service providers, and each other—forming career-long networks and partnerships.

COHRA is an association of Human Resource Professionals in Shawnee, Oklahoma, and surrounding communities. The chapter meets monthly to bring professional development programs to its members and to offer an opportunity to network with fellow professionals in the area. Meetings are open to anyone and are not limited to members, but a reservation is required.

Chapter membership is open to any business professional in the community and those individuals who currently and continuously maintain full membership in the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
